A therapy group to strengthen your mind-body connection for healing and wholeness.
Movement Therapy helps to mend and transform your nervous system. In this therapy group, you will learn the protective patterns of your nervous system, how to track the felt sensations throughout your body, and how to reprogram old stuck patterns. These stuck patterns can lead to physical illness, anger, irritability, rapidly fluctuating moods, aggression, and avoidance. In addition to learning the science of the nervous system, you will learn movement and breath techniques that aid in the release of the stuck patterns and associated trauma while healing the body and mind.
This class is covered by insurance as it is billed under group therapy.
