Occupational Health
Rising health care and workers' compensation insurance costs threaten the well-being of businesses and industries every day. The team at Myrtue Medical Center comprised of the hospital, five medical clinics (Avoca, Earling, Elk Horn, Harlan, Shelby), and Community Health (Behavioral, Home Health, Public Health, Hospice & Family Planning) are responding to the serious health care challenges faced by business partners in our community.
Occupational Health Outreach was developed to reach out to local companies such as yours to listen and respond to your needs. Individualized services can be structured for each business incorporating one or more of the following:
- Employee health including employee assistance program (counseling services for work and family difficulties)
- Blood Analysis Screenings
- Flu Vaccinations
- Immunizations - HepB, TDAP, TB Screening
- Audiology Services - Hearing Test
- Drug and Alcohol Screening - DOT & non-DOT
- Physicals - Pre-employment & Renewals
- Respiratory Physicals
Occupational Health hopes to become your health care resource. Together, we can
successfully reduce your health care costs and improve the health and wellness of your
employees.
