About This Location
The goal of Myrtue Medical Center's Community Health is to promote holistic health for individuals, families, and the community at all life stages. Holistic health includes a person’s physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. Our goal is to provide high-quality care to persons in their homes or places of residence within our community and in our public health clinic settings. We strive to identify the needs of our community as a whole and to promote programs and services that meet those needs.

- A Medicare/Medicaid certified Hospice Agency
- The Shelby County Public Health Nursing Agency
- The HCCMS Family Planning Services
