Myrtue Mental Health Center is now open in our new location!
The Behavioral Health Department has moved to the second floor of the expanded clinic at 1220 Chatburn Avenue. Mental health and primary care are now under one roof in the newly expanded clinic. The change in location also comes with a new name. “Behavioral Health” is now Myrtue Mental Health Center.
The easiest way to visit Myrtue Mental Health Center is through the East Entrance, on the northeast corner of building (the 12th street side). Patients will find the stairs or elevator just inside this entrance to access the Mental Health Center on the second floor.
