About Shelly
Shelly is a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider who joined Myrtue Mental Health Center in December 2025. Shelly graduated from the University of Iowa in 2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and in 2024 with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. Shelly has worked in mental health nursing for over 10 years.
She holds an Iowa license and is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Psychiatric Mental Health Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner.
Shelly works with children, adolescents, and adults needing medication management for a variety of mental health needs, including mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, depression, and dementia.
