Myrtue Mental Health Center will open in our new location Monday, January 12!
The Behavioral Health Department has moved to the second floor of the expanded clinic at 1220 Chatburn Avenue. The change in location also comes with a new name. “Behavioral Health” is now Myrtue Mental Health Center.
Mental health and primary care will be under one roof in the newly expanded clinic at 1220 Chatburn Avenue in Harlan.
The easiest entrance to visit Myrtue Mental Health Center is on the east side of building (the 12th street side). Patients will find the stairs or elevator just inside this entrance to access the Mental Health Center on the second floor.
