Mental health and primary care will be under one roof in the newly expanded clinic at 1220 Chatburn Avenue in Harlan.

Name Change | “Behavioral Health” will become Myrtue Mental Health Center after our move.
- Room to Grow | The mental health center will have a beautiful new space on the second floor with room for more services.
- Stay Tuned | We will share updates on this page regarding this moving transition. Patients should confirm appointment location as we complete our move.
The easiest entrance to visit Myrtue's new mental health center location will be on the east side of building (the 12th street side). Patients will find the stairs or elevator just inside this entrance to access the Mental Health Center on the second floor.
