Your personal trainer can also conduct a body age assessment. This assessment is free with your Wellness Center membership. The Polar BodyAge System assesses your biometrics, blood pressure, body mass index, body fat percentage, strength, flexibility and VO2 max. This comprehensive testing takes about an hour and will generate a unique and thorough assessment of your physical body age. Your personal trainer will then help you use this information as a baseline for developing a personal fitness program that expertly matches your current physical fitness with your health and fitness goals.
