Discuss the Livewell Program with your healthcare provider to determine if it is suitable for you and how it can support your journey toward better health and well-being. If appropriate, we will arrange a referral to Myrtue Medical Center’s Rehabilitation Services Department. If necessary, Rehab Services will provide treatment and conduct an initial Livewell Evaluation. At the Petersen Family Wellness Center, we will create a personalized exercise regimen to help you achieve your fitness objectives. Through one-on-one training sessions, each participant will be guided to understand and feel at ease with all recommended activities. The Livewell Program is designed to support lifelong fitness.
Your physical and/or occupational therapy visits are billed to your insurance. The Livewell Program lasts 60 days and costs $50. This includes all sessions with your Clinical Health Coach at the Petersen Family Wellness Center.
No, you do not need to be a member. Upon completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to join the PFWC. Our goal for each Livewell participant is to permanently integrate exercise into their lifestyle, and we can think of no better place to do this than at the Petersen Family Wellness Center.
The Livewell Program uses a blend of rehabilitation therapists and clinical health coaches to ensure your exercise program is designed specifically to your healthcare needs and fitness goals.
A team approach allows each client to feel supported and encouraged.
