“Fit for the Future” is a financial assistance program for individuals and families who are unable to pay for a membership to the Petersen Family Wellness Center. The goal of this program is to make it possible for families and/or individuals who may not be able to afford a wellness center membership to utilize the Center. Fitness encompasses our overall physical, mental, and spiritual health and well-being, and we want as many people as possible to benefit from the Center.
Scholarships for financial assistance will be based on demonstrated need, ability to pay, and the Center’s capacity to fund eligible recipients. There is a commitment required by those who receive financial assistance, such as using the Center a certain number of times per month. Memberships will be monitored and reviewed on a monthly basis.
Scholarship forms are also available at the Petersen Family Wellness Center front lobby.
