SCAM ALERT: Watch Out for Fake MyChart Emails

A new phishing email is currently circulating that uses the official MyChart name and logo to look legitimate. These fake emails may mention a “2026 MyChart Senior Health Package,” Medicare wellness benefits, or a free health kit, and ask you to click a link to confirm your address. These emails are NOT from MyChart.

What to do if you receive one:

• Do NOT click any links or reply to the email.
• Do NOT share personal or medical information
• Delete the email immediately and report it as spam/phishing.
• If you want to check your actual account, always log in directly through the official MyChart app or website—never through a link in an unexpected email.
