Myrtue Medical Center 2021 Blood Analysis Clinics

Myrtue Medical Center’s Fall Blood Analysis Screening Clinics will begin on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at Myrtue Medical Center, 1220 Chatburn Ave, Harlan. Myrtue offers the Blood Analysis Screening to the community in the spring and fall. The cost of the Blood Analysis is $50.00. Three optional screens can be requested for an additional fee; they include the following: Prostate Screening (PSA), Vitamins D Screen and HgA1C.

• Location – Harlan Blood Analysis Clinics will be held at Myrtue’s Harlan Clinic, 1220 Chatburn Ave, Harlan. The Earling Blood Analysis will be at Earling Medical Clinic, 100 Industrial Dr, Earling, the Elk Horn Blood Analysis will be at the Elk Horn Clinic, 4022 Main St, Elk Horn and the Shelby Blood Analysis will be at the Shelby Medical Clinic, 301 East St, Shelby.
• Appointments – Will be available by calling 712.755.4288 for all locations.
• Results – Will be available through MyChart Patient Portal located at myrtumedical.org

There will be a MyChart representative at each clinic to help you sign up in the portal. If you choose to have results mailed to you, a self-addressed, stamped envelope will be required at the time of the blood draw.

The Harlan Blood Analysis Screening Clinics will be held from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on the following dates:

• Tuesday, August 10th – Friday, August 20th (No Monday appointments)

Additional locations for the Blood Analysis Screening Clinics include:

• Earling Medical Clinic at 100 Industrial Dr – Wednesday, August 25thfrom 7:00 – 8:45 a.m.
• Elk Horn Medical Clinic at 4022 Main St – Tuesday, August 31st from 7:00 – 8:45 a.m.
• Shelby Medical Clinic at 301 East St – Wednesday, September 8th from 7:00 – 8:45 a.m.
