About Tiffany

Tiffany Francis is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). She is a graduate of Bellevue University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Tiffany is a Western Iowa Native with experience in the mental health field since 2002 when she started her work as a mental health advocate as an adoptive mother.

Tiffany has worked with Myrtue Mental Health Center since 2018, first joining the community support services team, providing Behavioral Health Intervention Services (BHIS) to children and families in the community, Community Support Services (CSS) services, and Intensive Psychiatric Rehabilitation (IPR) Services to adults. Tiffany also did her therapy internship with Myrtue Mental Health Center and is a Certified Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) facilitator, and trained in a variety of therapy practices including;

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),
  • Adlerian Play Therapy, Sand Tray Play Therapy,
  • Brainspotting (BSP)
  • Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
  • Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)
  • Somatic Experiencing (SE)

Tiffany is a full-time therapist providing mental health services to adults and children of all ages.
