About Rhonda
Rhonda Anderson, T-LMHC, joined the staff at Myrtue Medical Center Behavioral Health in January of 2021 as a Mental Health Therapist working with students at Harlan Community School District. Her primary focus is with children 6th-8th grade. She has worked with families and children in the Public Health department at Myrtue Medical Center for the past 17 years. Her professional interests have been social and emotional development and the impact of childhood experiences on lifelong health. She received her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University-Irvine in August 2020. In her practice, Rhonda shares that she approaches mental health challenges with a client-centered perspective in the context of lifelong development, including experiences, relationships, and environments. Rhonda and her husband have lived in Shelby County since 2001 and raised three children in this community. She is excited about the opportunity to continue serving children and families through her work providing therapy at Harlan Community Schools.
