About This Event
Details:
Muscular, Strength, Range of Motion. Have fun and move to music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Join in on the fun with certified SS instructor Jackie on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:05 AM.
