This is well-rounded class for anyone who is interested. This class involves interval training in the water with great music playing in the background. Doing exercise in the water is great for anyone with joint, knee, and hip problems. Feel the pressure leave as soon as you enter the water. And remember all the exercises can be modified to help you get started. You will be working on strengthening plenty of Ab and cardio work.
