"Early Bird" Workouts with Janell

This is a wide range of workouts throughout four days a week. You started with a high-intensity interval training, going into cycling, then power yoga, and ending the week with another high-intensity interval training. If you can't come every day, just join in during one of the days that interest you the most! Join instructor Janell from 5:05 AM to 5:50 AM Monday through Friday for these fun, high energy workouts to help start your day off right!

  • TUESDAY: Spin and Bear It
    • Indoor Cycling
    • Interval Weight Training
  • WEDNESDAY: Power Yoga
    • Barefoot, Full-body Workout
    • Combinations of Pilates and Yoga
    • Interval weight training
  • THURSDAY: Extreme Circuit II
    • Another HIIT
    • Includes Time on Track and in the Gym
