PFWC Hosts It's All About Me Program for Teen Girls

The Petersen Family Wellness Center is hosting a FREE 8-week wellness program designed especially for teen girls, starting in February. This engaging and empowering program focuses on building healthy habits in a fun, supportive environment. Participants will explore topics such as nutrition, enjoyable fitness activities, self-care strategies, and essential healthy life skills.
