Myrtue Medical Center Welcomes Erin Soma, Family Nurse Practitioner, to the Earling Clinic

Myrtue Medical Center welcomes Erin Soma, DNP, FNP-C, ARNP, to the Earling Rural Health Clinic effective May 27, 2025. She will work full-time Monday through Thursday in Earling and see patients on the weekends at the Quick Care Clinic in Harlan.
Erin has over 14 years of experience in healthcare, starting her journey as a clinical manager at Myrtue’s Community Health. Her experience includes a wide range of specialties, including family practice and primary care, inpatient hospital care, case management and utilization review, trauma and wound care, and the diagnosis and management of healthcare services for individuals of all ages. She is board-certified and has a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) (ARNP) degree from Clarkson College. She is excited to start seeing patients at Myrtue's Earling Clinic.
Former Earling Clinic provider Nicole Topliff, ARNP, FNP-C, will continue to see patients and provide weekend coverage at the Quick Care Clinic in Harlan.

The Earling Clinic hours starting May 27, 2025, will be Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., and closed on Friday. Myrtue's Harlan Quick Care Clinic offers services on Saturdays from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. The Quick Care Clinic provides medical attention for non-life-threatening health conditions such as sprains and strains, broken bones, cold/flu symptoms, earaches, nausea/vomiting, seasonal allergies, burns, sore throat, and more. David Erlbacher, MD, remains the supervising physician in Earling, and he will continue to see patients at the Earling Clinic every other Tuesday of the month.
