Blood Analysis Screening

Myrtue Medical Center’s Fall Blood Analysis Screening Clinics will begin on Tuesday, August 18, 2020, at Myrtue Medical Center’s Clinic, 1220 Chatburn Ave. Myrtue offers the Blood Analysis Screening to the community in the spring and fall. The cost of the Blood Analysis is $50.00 to be paid by check or cash. Three optional screens can be requested for an additional fee; they include the following: Prostate Screening (PSA), Vitamin D Screen and HgA1C.

• Location – There will be one location during the fall session. Harlan Blood Analysis Clinics will be held at Myrtue’s Clinic location, 1220 Chatburn Ave.
• Appointments - Available by calling 712-755-4288. Appointments are limited and please no deletions or additions to services at the time of appointment.
• Results - Available through MyChart Patient Portal located at myrtumedical.org

A MyChart representative will be available at each clinic to help with MyChart portal sign-up. If you choose to have results mailed to you, a self-addressed, stamped envelope will be required at the time of the blood draw.

The Harlan Blood Analysis Screening Clinics will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on the following dates:

• August 18, 2020 – September 11, 2020
• Tuesdays through Fridays

Myrtue Medical Center’s Occupational Health Department is looking forward to another successful season by providing low-cost blood screenings to the community. When coming in for your blood analysis screening, you will be asked COVID-19 health-screening questions and be given a mask to wear during your appointment.
